What is personal data?
 
Personal data is any information relating to an identifiable person who can be directly or indirectly identified in particular by reference to an identifier.
 
What does processing mean?
 
Any operation performed on personal data, whether or not by automated means, including collection, use, recording, organization, preservation, adaptation, modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission broadcast or any other form of available, reconciliation or interconnection, locking, deletion or destruction, ...).
 
Personal data we process about you
 
The personal data that we process is essentially the surnames, first names, professional email addresses, professional addresses and professional telephone numbers of representatives of producers of wines and other alcoholic products potentially meeting the tender criteria  published by the state monopolies we cover.
 
Legal basis for the processing of personal data
 
We sometimes process your personal data for the purpose of commercial prospecting by informing you of current tenders for products that we think you may be able to sell in the markets we are dealing with, and by offering to help you participate in such tenders.
 
If you want us to submit one of your products to a tender, we may also have to process your personal data to execute our contract with you, i.e. to complete the formalities necessary for your participation to a tender or organize the sale of your products and their transport to the country in which they will be sold.
 
You do not have to provide us with your personal data
 
You have no legal or contractual obligation to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide us with the necessary data, we will not be able to represent you to participate in tenders or sell your products.
 
 
Who can access your personal data?
 
The relevant state monopolies for the tenders in which you may participate, and the transport companies that we use to transport your products to their country of sale will have access to your personal data.
 
Data processor
 
Larcap S.A.R.L. is the legal entity responsible for processing your data in Monaco, and Larcap AB is the legal entity responsible for processing your data in the European Union. Larcap AB is also the representative of Larcap S.A.R.L. in the European Union for data protection purposes.
 
Transfer of personal data to third countries
 
Larcap operates inside and outside the European Union. We may transfer your personal data outside the European Union, in particular to Monaco, and to state monopolies in Norway and Canada.
 
How long do we keep your personal data?
 
We keep your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the personal data was collected.
 
You can unsubscribe from our email communications via a link at the bottom of the email you receive from us. Your personal data will be deleted when you unsubscribe from our email communications.
 
Your rights
 
In accordance with applicable data protection laws, you have the right to access information about the personal data we process about you and to request a correction of the personal data that we hold about you.
 
In certain circumstances, you may also request the deletion or restriction of your personal data or the subject of our processing. You also have the right, under certain circumstances, to obtain the personal data about you that you have provided to us in a structured, widely used and machine readable format and to transfer it to another personally liable person.

If you have any complaints about the processing of your personal data by Larcap, you have the right to file a complaint with the Monaco data protection authority (Commission de Contrôle des Informations Nominatives) in Monaco, or the Swedish data protection authority (Datainspektionen) or any other competent supervisory authority responsible for the processing of personal data.
